Andrew Robillard Vice President of FBOs and Facilities
Andrew began his aviation career in 2002 as a Line Service Technician working in Sacramento,California. While working the line, Andrew attended Sacramento City College, and in 2004 he received his Aircraft Maintenance Technician certificate with ratings to perform maintenance on aircraft airframes and aircraft powerplants. He then went on to graduate from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Aeronautics, and with minors in Aviation Safety and Management. Andrew also has his private pilot certificate with an instrument rating. In 2005, Andrew joined the San Luis Jet Center as a Line Service Technician. Over the past seven years, Andrew has held positions such as ground service equipment manager and line service technician supervisor, and he is currently the manager of Aviation Consultants, Inc.’s three FBO locations. He is motivated by his passion for customer service, and he works to ensure that all of our client’s expectations are exceeded.
Mark Rowles Line Service Supervisor / Quality Control Manager
Born and raised in Bakersfield, Mark is a Central California native. His aviation career began in the Spring of 2004 with Bakersfield Air Charter as an aircraft detailer. It didn’t take long before Mark was helping the company’s A&P’s with aircraft annuals and other maintenance related items. In March 2007 he attended an Air BP Quality Control Conference in Dallas, Texas where he received additional training and experience which solidified his career path. Mark has been with ACI since 2010 and has held the position of Line Service Supervisor in Bakersfield, Paso Robles and currently fills this same role in San Luis Obispo.
Jim BeckLine Service Supervisor / GSE Maintenance Manager
Before coming to ACI, Jim spent 21 years in the private security industry. In 1986, he started, owned and operated Beck Private Security Patrol. During this time, he went to Los Medanos College and studied Administration of Justice and graduated Police Academy in 1996, earning the Academy Scholar Award and ranking sixth out of 36 graduates. After a life-changing event, Jim moved to the Central Coast and began working for ACI in November 2007 as a Line Service Technician. Jim's current position with the company is Line Service Supervisor/Ground Support Equipment Manager.

ACI was founded in 1998 byWilliam Borgsmillerwith the desire to create an organization that fueled his passion. As both a licensed pilot and mechanic, he lived and worked out of a small hangar with a Piper Seneca III that served as the company’s first charter aircraft.
Today, ACI employs over 60 people and operates a fleet of mid-size private jet aircraft, two corporate jet centers, a self-serve fuel facility and a brand-new multi-million-dollar maintenance facility. Although ACI has grown by leaps and bounds, the fundamental passion for excellence, individualized service and unparalleled work ethic remains unchanged.
